Tracking Your Order
An order number will be provided to you once the order has been placed.
A tracking code will be sent to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped and will include the items in your order as well as the order number. This document will be provided to you within 24 - 48 hours of your order during normal working hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Change or Cancel Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please contact customer care at eu@australialuxeco.com
