I have always loved Australia lux shoes and slippers: Wonderful designs and the MAX in comfort and quality. Recently I ordered a pair of slippers directly from their website, but apparently the order got confused with another customer. It took a few days to get a reply, but when I did, it was worth the wait. I spoke with an exceedingly nice gentleman at customer service who straightened it out very promptly and threw in a bonus. It’s rare to get that sort of customer service these days. It’s really wonderful when you pair that with a fabulous product. THANKS AUSTRALIA LUX!
