Returns & Exchanges Policy Europe

Return Instructions 

Should you need to return your order, please use the returns document that is inside your order package indicating the reason code for the return.

You must return your item within 14 days of your order being delivered.

There is a return label in your order package.  Please affix this to the outside of your package and take your return to the Post Office or the Courier drop off instructions detailed on the return label.

Please send your Products back to us in their original condition and unworn condition, in the original packaging with all tags still attached with the appropriate purchasing documentation. Failure to do this may result in delays in processing any exchange or refund.

All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer except in the case that the Product is defective/faulty.

The return postage fee will be deducted from your refund except in the case that the Product is defective/faulty.

Australia Luxe Collective are not able to reimburse any Non-European import duties, taxes or fees that may have been charged.  These will need to be reclaimed via the original shipping courier to which you paid the fees.

Refund Policy

If you cancel this Contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in the value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you return a Product for any other reason, we shall examine the Product and notify you of your refund via email or exchange within a reasonable period. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within [30] days of the day you inform us that you wish to return the Product.

Products returned as a result of a defect with be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending them to you and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Non-European taxes, Shipping & Duties

Non-European orders (for example to Norway, UK, Switzerland) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.   These are charged directly by the courier. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. Australia Luxe Collective cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages until all fees have been paid.

If you refuse a shipment from Australia Luxe Collective, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Australia Luxe Collective. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
